Planning
& Architecture
We begin our build process by getting to know you and your unique goals for your new home. When we get to know each other, the construction process can become enjoyable and vision-oriented.
As we create our strategic plan, we will work in tandem with your architect. If you have not selected an architect yet, we will introduce you to one of our trusted partners, 42 North Architecture + Design. Our goal is to ensure that our initial planning sets our project up for success.

Site &
Location Review
Before we begin construction, we conduct a general staking, review the land and do a survey of the property to ensure that the plans will fit well on the site. Any lot clearing that will be required prior to beginning the site work will also be assessed.
Our team will work with you to make any necessary adjustments to the plans to ensure that your custom home is positioned perfectly on your property.

Project
Management
Once the site work is complete, the fun begins! During this stage, your Project Manager will provide you with your project schedule and will oversee the trade work onsite that will begin to bring your home to life. We schedule onsite meetings at key points in the build process to finalize selections, discuss key design elements, and to ensure that your vision for your home is perfectly executed. Additionally, we will provide weekly updates with photos from the team to keep you informed on what’s upcoming each week.

Final Details
Once the project is complete, we double-check final details to make sure everything is in place before reviewing the property one last time with you.
